  • $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.

Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • Due to the nature of beauty services, once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If you experience any issues, please reach out within 24 hours so we can assess and address concerns appropriately.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit
  • No-shows will result in automatic deposit forfeiture

Mobile Service Policy

For the meantime, This is a travel-based service.

By booking, clients agree to:

  • Provide a clean, safe, and suitable environment for the service
  • Ensure adequate space for setup

No extra guests allowed during the appointment to maintain a suitable, professional experience

Failure to provide a suitable environment may result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of deposit.

Appointment Preparation Policy

To ensure the best results:

  • Please arrive with a clean face
  • No makeup, oils, or residue around the eye area
  • Lashes must be free of previous product unless discussed prior
